Do you have a minimum order?

We do not have any order minimums. 

What countries do you ship the orders?

We ship the products Worldwide. 

Will I get tracking number?


All packages have tracking numbers, which will be provided to you once the package is shipped. You can track the status of your package online at https://www.hongkongpost.hk/

How long does delivery take ?

All orders will be sent by e-Express Service or Registered Air Mail via Hong Kong Post. The estimated delivery time is as below :

Destinations: Estimated Delivery Time:
Asia 5 - 14 working days
US / UK/ Australia 7 - 14 working days
Canada 7 - 18 working days
Most European Countries 10 - 24 working days
Italy/ South America/ Others 4 - 6 weeks due to strict customs inspection 

Note: Exact delivery time depends on postal service & customs inspection. 

Do you offer faster shipping methods?

Yes, we can offer EMS Speed Post. Extra shipping cost will be charged, the amount is difference for different countries, so please feel free to contact us for details if you're interested. Then, we will send you an invoice via PayPal. 

Why have I not received my order?

Normally, the delivery takes around 7-14 working days (excluded weekend & holidays) from Hong Kong to most countries. However, it's not guarantee because it also depends on postal services & customs inspection. You can track the status of your package online at https://www.hongkongpost.hk/. If the package has been sent to your country, please go to ask at your post office the clear picture leads the delay. Sometime the customs may hold the item and there will be several days delay. We would refund you the payment if your package was lost on delivery.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

In the unlikely event we send you the wrong product, please send the product back to the address above by recorded delivery and enclose a completed returns slip (this can be found on the back of your delivery note) and proof of postage.  We will refund delivery costs if we have sent you the wrong item.  As soon as we receive the returned item(s) we will despatch the correct product and issue you with a postage refund. 

Will I pay custom duty?

Our customers do Not pay any extra charges on custom. All packages will be marked as a "Gift" with a very low value on customs form. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via PayPal which acknowledges both credit and debit cards. You can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express with PayPal. PayPal is free and account is not needed. If you prefer to e-mail us with your request, please free feel contact us. We can send you an invoice via PayPal directly. 

What is your return policy?

100% satisfaction guarantee!! If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it to us. We would fully refund or send a replacement after received the returned item. Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item. The item must be returned in original condition. 

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Since we already offered the Best Wholesale Price on all product, we're sorry no more discounts can be offered in any orders.

Will you share my personal information with other companies?

We never share any personal information. 

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped, we can cancel your order and give you a full refund.
